NIPPO VINI FANTINI FAIZANÈ: DOUBLE PODIUM FOR GIOVANNI LONARDI, SECOND PLACE IN THE STAGE AND IN THE GENERAL RANKING.

Second place of Giovanni Lonardi in the last stage of the Tour of Antalya, a second place that is worth a double podium, that of stage but also the confirmation of the podium in the final general ranking that sees him close second only 3 seconds behind the winner Szymon Rekita.

The young neo-professional #OrangeBlue Giovanni Lonardi concluded his Turkish race very well, collecting in 4 stages 2 podiums and 2 top 10 seasoned from the second place in the general classification. Last stage anything but simple and very tense with a real battle that has always seen the team protagonist in an attempt to close on the run to also aim at the intermediate rebate in the general classification. The nervous stage, with a succession of attacks did not allow easy control of the race. It should be noted that due to the injuries the #OrangeBlue had to face a complex trip with only 4 riders at the start, but the excellent team work allowed to seize important podiums and placements.

The NIPPO Vini Fantini Faizanè team today also concluded the Volta Andalucia with another top 10, thanks to the seventh place of Juan Josè Lobato in the sprint won by Trentin. Seventh place that is the pair with that of Marco Canola conquered in the first part of the Spanish race.
