TOKYO, ITALIAN EMBASSY: PRESENTED THE NEW IMPORTANT PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN NIPPO VINI FANTINI AND JAPAN

The NIPPO Vini Fantini 2016 preview has a sequel in 2017, always in the Tokyo Italian Embassy, with the importante participation of Seiko Hashimoto, member of the Japanese Olympic Committee. Japan Procycling make official their support to the Italian-Japanese project supporting also the engagement of 3 new Japanese riders for the 2017 season, together with the already announced Japanese National Under23 Champions Marino Kobayashi.

ITALIAN EMBASSY AND OLYMPIC GAMES, A PROJECT LOOKING TO THE FUTURE.
NIPPO Vini Fantini and Japan Pro Cycling Team together for the future of Japanese riders. It grow up the Italian-Japanese project, with 4 new key Japanese riders, as announced by the Chief Japanese delegation in Rio Olympics and member of the Olympic Committee of Tokyo 2020, President of the Japan Pro Cycling, Miss Seiko Hashimoto. To announce it, the ex Olympic athlete together with the Italian management of NIPPO Vini Fantini.
The common goal is: to grow best Japanese (and Italians) talents looking forward to Tokyo 2020.

ITALY AND JAPAN – A SPORTIVE AND CULTURAL BRIDGE.
During the Embassy Event and press conference have been speaking Valentino Sciotti, CEO of Farnese Vini and symbol a great entrepreneur and sponsor of the team that from years has important relations with the Japan and Francesco Pelosi, General Manager of the #OrangeBlue team that have been explaining how the project is born, sharing values and sportive goals. The cultural and sportive bridge among Italy and Japan, began two years ago, with the goal to value the Japanese cycling world, with the Italian experience.

NEW JAPANESE RIDERS FOR THE 2017 SEASON:
Thanks also to the new collaboration with Japan Pro Cycling, it grows up both the value of the project and the number and quality of Japanese riders involved with the team in 2017 season, with the total number of Japanese riders in the team in 2017 that will grow up, with the goal to prepare all best Japanese talents for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. The project created on the base of a cultural and sportive bridge between Italy and Japan began in 2014 and keeps going on with a full integration between riders, staff and sponsors, all linked with sportive and moral values.
After the announcement of Marino Kobayashi, national Japanese champion Under23, both on road and in time-trial, yesterday have been announced also Nakane Hideto e Ito Masakazu from team AISAN and Uchima Kohei, already Olympic rider in Rio 2016 with Japanese selection, coming from team Bridgestone. This last one has been leader of the Asia UCI Ranking 2015 and best among Japanese riders in last Olympic Games.
Also Ito Masakazu and Hideto Nakane, will be very important supporting team in European and Asian races.

The words of Valentino Sciotti, during the event , have been very appreciated: “Today I’m very proud to be part of this project, that represents Japan in the great cycling world. I want to wish to all riders to do great things in Tokyo 2020. I will look at them with proudness representing Japan during Olympic Games, knowing that is a little bit also thanks to my support if they will be there.”

Francesco Pelosi, General Manager of the team, comments with these words the import event in Tokyo Embassy, the partnership and new riders: “Our team is something unique in the International world of Cycling, thanks to the real and complete collaboration between Italy and Japan. We are building a cultural and sportive bridge, with common moral values, with the great goal to drive until Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, young Japanese and Italian talents growth. The International races calendar, the Italian training camps for Japanese riders, the strong mix and link between experienced Italian staff and the Japanese one. All these ingredients gives to NIPPO Vini Fantini the opportunity to grow and drive young Japanese talents. We are proud and honored of all the trust received from Hashimoto, Japanese flag of the National and Olympic sport and we are happy of the new collaboration between Japan Pro Cycling. We will welcome new and important Japanese riders. This project is born on sharing mentality and he have to be always open to welcome all the riders and sponsors that have same mentality with the final goal of Tokyo 2020.”
