NIPPO VINI FANTINI FAIZANÈ: MEMORIAL PANTANI AND TROFEO MATTEOTTI IN THE WEEK-END OF THE NIPPO VINI FANTINI FAIZANÈ TEAM.

Week-end with a double Italian race for the NIPPO Vini Fantini Faizanè team. On Saturday the Memorial Pantani, on Sunday the Trofeo Matteotti, home race for the Vini Fantini sponsor and always very important for the team.

After the double transfer Tuscany the NIPPO Vini Fantini Faizanè team is already in Cesenatico, ready to face the weekend’s races. Saturday, September 21st the Memorial Marco Pantani will take place, the day after will be time for the Trofeo Matteotti. The #OrangeBlue will be at the start with two international line-ups, with riders of 4 countries and well balanced between young and expert riders.
THE LINE-UP.

For the race of the Memorial Marco Pantani to the start a line-up of climbers with the Japanese Hideto Nakane, fresh of world championship convocation, will be among the leaders of the team together with the young Colombian rider Alejandro Osorio. With them the expert Italian climber Ivan Santaromita and the young Filippo Zaccanti. The Spanish climber Joan Bou, the Colombian Ruben Acosta and the Japanese Sho Hatsuyama will complete the line-up.

Marco Canola will join the team on Sunday at the Trofeo Matteotti, saved on Saturday’s race in order to be ready for the race in Abruzzo.

Alessandro Donati will be the Sports Directors on the team-car for the Italian double race:

“The boys will arrive in a good condition. Hideto Nakane is very motivated by the call to the world championship and at the Memorial Pantani, he will be one of our leaders together with Osorio, but we could also try some action from far-away. The Trofeo Matteotti as usual has a special value for our team. Marco Canola will concentrate only on this race, but the whole team will try to leave the sign in the Abruzzo race.”
